We’re steadily approaching the end of February and, although 2011 is only two months young, it feels like the year is flying by. We asked our readers to nominate the best meal they’ve eaten at a restaurant this year, and the answers were so delicious that we’ve decided to share the love and let everyone in on these gourmet secrets. The next time you’re eating out at one of these restaurants, the hard work of decision-making has been done for you. Just choose one of our readers’ highly recommended dishes!

Bizerca Bistro – braised farmed pig trotter with seared scallops, truffle oil and a petite salad
