The House of JC le Roux relaunches restaurant

The House of JC le Roux, situated in Stellenboschs beautiful Devon Valley, has relaunched their restaurant, aptly named Seasons.

Headed up by Executive Chef Markus Schwemberger and his team from the neighbouring Devon Valley Hotel, Seasons will aim to offer diners unfussy breakfasts and lunches with the emphasis on simplicity, goodness and taste.

The perfect partner to sparkling wine, its only fitting that oysters enjoy a starring role on the JC le Rouxs restaurant menu – with three options to choose from: on ice with lemon and Tabasco for the purist; with prosciutto and balsamic vinegar or, with caramelised ginger, shallots and sesame seeds for the slightly more adventurous.

Seasons is open six days a week between May and October and seven days a week from November to April from 09h30 till 15h00.
