He may be the youngest chef ever to have received three Michelin stars, have made Gordon Ramsay cry, and inspired us all with his appearances on MasterChef Australia and Hell’s Kitchen, but Marco Pierre White is no food snob. He loves a good classic too! The British chef, who was in Cape Town this weekend for the Good Food & Wine Show, sat down with us for a tasting of some of our favourite local dishes: bobotie, mogudu, pickled fish and bunny chow, amongst other things.
