Apples and pearls

A fresh and fruity sparkling drink.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 scoop apple sorbet

25ml vodka

5ml apple purée

10ml jasmine syrup

10ml lime juice

sparkling wine

Method

Place the sorbet in a martini glass. Shake all the ingredients (except the sparkling wine) and strain onto the sorbet. Top up with méthode Cap classique sparkling wine. Serve with a teaspoon.
