Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Remove all cloves from the garlic bulb and cut each in half. Make 1cm incisions in the cheeses and place the garlic into these. Bake the whole Camembert wheels on a greased oven tray until the garlic is soft and the cheese runny. Brush each side of the baguette slices with melted butter and toast in the oven until golden. For extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the camembert just before serving with sliced fruit and the baguette for dipping.
For less full-on garlic, lightly rub the baguette slices with the garlic cloves instead of placing them inside the Camembert.
