Bloke’s steak with avo guacamole and biltong

Add some healthy greens to your simple steak with this fresh avo topping.


2 ripe avocados
Squeeze of lime juice
2 finely chopped spring onions spring onions
1 deseeded chopped tomato
1 chopped clove of garlic
Splash of Tabasco sauce
1 rump steak
100g biltong shavings
(Optional) onion rings


Mash two or three ripe avos with lime juice, finely chopped spring onions, a deseeded chopped tomato, one chopped clove of garlic and a few splashes of Tabasco sauce. Add a few dollops to your grilled steak and top with biltong shavings. Serve with onion rings and the rest of the guacamole.
