Saturday 13 March 2010What a huge disappointment! While the food was adequate - the complete lack of ambience and crass rudeness dished out by the manageress was absolutely unforgivable!This is one to take off your list of venues - its far out of town and badly sign-posted, hence some of the guests got lost in the pouring rain and were a little late. The manageress saw fit to tackle the hostess while she was on the phone trying to direct guests to the venue in front of the entire party. Since we had all largely arrived by 19h30 which was the agreed time and it was not just on 20h00. I simply dont get it.Certainly anyone with sense and decorum would not have tackled the hostess at the table in front of guests... needless to say if the weather had been more auspicious Im sure no one would have got lost or been late.How do you explain the lacklustre atmosphere,no music and complete lack of customer service. If your food ever was up to much it aint now - perhaps you didnt bother putting any effort into the food either.We wont be back nor any of the other 14 guests!
