This place pumps on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but they're also open for dinner, and we finally decided to pay them a visit on Saturday night. It was slightly quieter (a good thing - it can get loud in the mornings when full) but the draped lightbulbs and hip decor ensured there was still some ambience. We had three tapas dishes: the bao - buns themselves a little chewy, but good pork belly; the beef shortrib tacos (could use a bit more flavour contrast - so many ingredient but flavour still somehow lacking) and the steak tartare. The tartare was the real winner - genuinely delicious, sweet, mustardy and cleverly served with house made potato chips. (Great for glutards like me!) We actually also ordered another dish, but the kitchen forgot, which we were grateful for, because the portions are quite large for tapas.
