I had the pleasure of going to this establishment for a quick lunch for my 9th anniversary before we could be on our way for a night away without our little one. What I can say is that the food is impressively good, the location was fantastic and easy to find and the service received was so refreshing. We had our meals within 10 minutes and handed to us with a genuinely warm smile. I always try to go back whenever I can. By far has exceeded my expectations from day 1
Felt compelled to update my review after returning to the restaurant last night and having an incredibly better experience! Amazing the difference your waiter can make. The same lovely surroundings, the same tasty food, but this time a fun, jovial, attentive yet intuitive and respectful young gent serving us! He added to making the evening special! Glad I gave this a second chance. Happy customer!
The restaurant decor is beautiful. The food was tasty. However the waiter was overbearing and after trying to sell us a second bottle of wine between just 2 of us and generally far too present in our space, he didn’t accept that we didn’t want desert and gave a sales pitch about their deserts, until I had to let him know we’d come for a relaxed night out and he was making it unpleasant and stressful. He apologized sheepishly and we didn’t see him again. I don’t appreciate waiters who try to sell you the most expensive off the menu and bottles and bottles of booze and even the furniture if possible. It ruined our experience and we won’t go back soon. Management popped around once but didn’t seem particularly interested in how our experience was going. Much ado...
