The food is sensational and some of the exquisite dishes on the menu include the smoke ostrich, salmon and crocodile platter with ginger and garlic chutney, the duck and lobster combo with poached figs and the very famous crème brulee with cardamom and saffron drizzled with berry compote and accompanied with balsamic figs.
