Food
A small menu boasts fresh dishes of the best quality. Breakfast includes the essential yoghurt-and-blueberry terrine, eggs on toast, and a farmer’s breakfast.

For lunch, the most melt-in-your-mouth, juicy and tender beef burger (from the farm) is served in a perfect, home-made ciabatta bun, with a crisp salad. The spinach-and-feta chicken wrapped in bacon is refreshing. Other items include beef fillet with risotto balls, bulgar wheat salad, and delicious farmhouse toasties oozing with fillings.

Don’t leave without indulging in a cheesecake or muffin – just go blueberry all the way.

Drinks
Blueberry smoothies, craft cooldrinks, Netherwood Farm gins and on-site beers from Happy Day Brewery are some of the drinks on offer. (Take home some blueberry gin.)

Service
Professional, helpful and smiling.

Ambience
Chilled and relaxing – you’ll want to linger longer to soak up the sunshine and panoramic vistas. Large outdoor poofs encourage a lazy afternoon sipping on your tipple of choice.

Best for…
Spellbinding views.

A very disappointing lunch at Blueberry cafe - the menu was the same as 2 years ago when I first visited and had a wonderful meal. The fillet medallions were not butter-soft as expected and the vegetarian burger requires more effort than just a grilled piece of aubergine with a smear of harissa . This is usually such a great spot so I hope there are some changes and the restaurant can get back to its former glory !
This was a brilliant find. The decor is tasteful and on trend. The manager went out of his way to make things comfortable for us, even though we arrived late for our booking. And the food was both beautiful and delicious. Fresh, simple, creative. And at great prices considering some of the other overpriced but average restaurants in the area. They also roast their own coffee and pour a perfect cappuccino. Wish I could go back right now.
Food, when it eventually arrived, was excellent. Fillet steak very small with no extras. Service was oh so very slow. Cold and could not get the heaters working. Beware the waiter added another R20 onto the credit card!!!!!

We had a really lovely lunch at Blueberry Hill in January. The food was very good, the blueberry cheesecake excellent and the manager most kind and welcoming, not to mention the great view over rolling hills! All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in or passing through the Midlands!

This is a gorgeous cafe/restaurant! The ambiance is particularly appealing - especially in winter with the fireplace! Incredible views, and an interesting menu. A little overpriced, but worth the experience. Delicious Milo!
