It was an extremely disappointing experience my family and I had at your restaurant during my daughter’s birthday dinner. I made a reservation a week in advance for a group of more than 10 people, and the booking was confirmed. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, we were left waiting for approximately 20 minutes before being seated, with some members of our group forced to stand while others waited for seating to become available. We were informed that we needed to wait for surrounding tables to finish their meals before accommodation could be made, which was highly inconvenient given that the booking had already been confirmed in advance. Once seated, our waiter took our order along with our Wiki Deals vouchers. Unfortunately, we then waited an unacceptable 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. While I understand that large groups may require additional preparation time, such a delay is excessive and unacceptable for any restaurant. During this time, several customers who arrived after us were served, finished their meals, and left before we had received any food. This experience was especially frustrating as we had children with us. It genuinely felt as though we were treated differently because we used Wiki Deals vouchers, despite being paying customers. The level of service we received was extremely poor. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was equally disappointing. We ordered platters that were advertised to include prawns; however, the “prawns” served consisted mostly of prawn heads with little to no actual meat. The food overall was not enjoyable and did not meet reasonable expectations. In addition, the card facilities were not functioning properly, resulting in yet another lengthy wait when trying to settle the bill. This added unnecessary embarrassment and frustration to an already unpleasant evening. Had I not already purchased the Wiki Deals vouchers, I would have taken my family elsewhere immediately. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have encountered, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to your restaurant in future.

Ordered food via Bolt only to find the wings wasn't fresh the ships was cold... I have been calling trying to to complaint but no one is picking up the phone

Such an interesting design and concept for the restaurant. Good burgers and sides. Waiters are extremely interactive and friendly!
