The duo of Karin and Lawrence is a great combination for this upmarket popular establishment. The charming Karin with her eye for detail is the perfect hostess whilst Lawrence is a trained chef from the well known ICA (Institute of Culinary Art) school.With Lawrence' experience at the boutique bakery, Ile de Pain in Knysna and his experience at the macro catering company in Johannesburg; it is no surprise that he wanted to experiment with fine dining.
