Cheese lovers ? did you know we have a cheese spot on the East Rand. It may be slightly hidden away for some, but it's a definite must visit. It's packed with all the cheesy goodness and cold meats and all the Italian consumables you'd want. We had lunch here on quite a grey and chilly afternoon. Luckily it wasn't too busy, so we ordered drinks and checked out the breakfast and lunch menus. My Cappuccino and Biscuit was delicious. So yes I'm at a Italian place, where one would ordinarily order something cheesy or with Pasta but my eyes turned to the Chicken Curry on offer served with Ciabatta. ? my sis and our friend ordered the Formaggi and Pesto Pasta's. Which they also enjoyed. My Chicken Curry was divine, yes slightly pricey for the portion size but the flavour was amazing. It had just enough spice and kick to it and I didnt need to add any condiments. On our way out I noticed that they sell Darling Sweet toffees. I'm a sucker for the Original Toffee. So I had to buy a box. Be warned you will be tempted to buy more than you need when leaving the store. So dont say I didnt warn you. ? #TheFoodMusketeer #TheFoodMusketeerEats #TFMCremelat
Went out yesterday mid-morning for some early Christmas Deli shopping at Cremalat. Mouth Watering experience and obviously the hunger pains kicked in. Had a pasta dish at the Restaurant and it is definitely calling for a comeback. Great meals and the price is right. The chef even came out to mix with the patrons to chat about their order and food experience. Somewhat unheard of but obviously a step ahead and reaching out with just enough know how. Still one of my favourite restaurants to frequent in Jozi and to bring a smile to my food senses?
