What a disappointment! The food has deteriorated badly over the past 3 years. Very unfortunate, given the stunning location. However, service by Simon was excellent.

On a recent trip to Knysna I had supper at your restaurant on Good Friday and lunch on Easter Sunday. On Friday our waitress, Megan, was pleasant and knowledgeable but was stretched serving all her tables which included a party of 8. But the food was so fantastic we didnt let it ruin our evening. On Sunday we returned and this time our waiter was also serving a table of 12. He didnt cope so well. We were basically ignored. We only managed to get served one drink and gave up on dessert. This time it did ruin our experience. Surely, if you have a booking for 12 a waiter should be dedicated to that table and over one of your busiest seasons hire some more staff. This is the first time we havent tipped but I refuse to pay for service I never received!!! While youre creating magic in the kitchen I wonder if you know whats happening front of house...

Lovely restaurant with a great view, good service and awsome food at a reasoonable price.
