With a focus on underutilised ingredients, progressive techniques and recipes passed down over generations, EDGE is a holistic celebration of Africa. From the food, to the wine, to the art on the walls and the apparel design on the staff, EDGE will serve as a canvas for local heroes. EDGE is the combined work of Vusi Ndlovu, Absie Pantshwa and Mandla Pantshwa.

The menu, conceptualised by Ndlovu and inspired by his own heritage, is an ever-changing curation of dishes that highlight indigenous ingredients, reimagined in a contemporary, minimalist and respectful way.
