No better place to go for pizza and pasta, but the rest of the menu is delicious as well. Really good value for money for both food and drink. The service is good even when they are very busy. It has a nice, comfortable vibe and the kids can be kept busy as well. Payment is easy as they also have Zapper as an option. My regular hangout.

We have always enjoyed eating at Ginos. In Stellenbosch there is no better place than Ginos for really good Pizzas. Victor Honey

The arrogance of the manager was completely unacceptable. Ruined the experience entirely. To have someone who treats customers so poorly, it's a surprise the owners haven't intervened. Will never recommend the establishment to anyone.

The service was poor, waitress was terrible and the arrogance of the manager who told us we were wrong to complain... Never again will they see me. 5 tables after we arrived got their orders of pizza but the manager insisted there was a time schedule for the food, but then why did the waitress make an excuse that the food wont take much longer than 15 minutes, after waiting for more than an hour after we ordered. If you going to run a restaurant, try to keep the patrons happy at any cost and accept if you were wrong, don't try to pick an argument with the patron and try explain that he has not been waiting for 2 hours, but only an hour and 40 min for 3 poorly made pizzas and a pasta that looks as though it came from a tin reheated in the microwave with no spoon or parmesan cheese offered.

Definitely also have to complain because waiting to long for food. Know of many people having a problem with that. however manager /owner obviously not worried. After asking Manager how long our food will still take, he actually argued with us, saying we must know they have a long waiting period for food to come out. Not a nice thing to be known for and advertising it ! Not going back
