This is a very average, inoffensive neighbourhood cafe. Staff are pleasant and helpful, food is good and unpretentious. A good spot to catch up on work or pleasure.

Hodges is a small independent restaurant open since 2000 offering good wholesome home-style cooking served in a relaxing and friendly environment, with the emphasis being on quality and ‘value for money’. Over the last few years we have expanded and modernised our Menu, whilst still keeping all the old favourites like the Hodges Homemade Scones and Muffins, our famous Homemade Pies and of course still doing our Sunday Roasts with all the Trimmings. Many of our customers have been coming to Hodges for almost 19 years, and now their children and their children’s children are following in their footsteps.
