I was denied an opportunity to use my Vodacom voucher because I’m not a the Bluff Virgin active member. Kauai till is only accessible to gym members and the staff even refused to take my phone when I offered or even note down the voucher number.
This treatment is unfair and unacceptable, we can not only be your customers when we buy cash or by card.
