Dear Kauai Sunninghill, Today I visited the restaurant at Virgin active in Sunninghill. I absolutely love the brand and love many of the menu items and because of staying in Sunninghill this is the closest branch to me. I was exceptionally dissapointed, not by Kauai staff but by a gentleman by the name of Lee, a Virgin Active staff member. He denied me access into the gym, despite me wearing casual clothing and mentioning I would just like to order a wrap and pressed juice at the Kauai. I felt personally victimised by this staff member because of his condoscention and abrupt way of dealing with me. I felt it urgent to notify Kauai of such staff members that prohibit business for Kauai. I would possibly suggest that a visitors pass be made for non-gym members to at least just order at the restaurant. What dissappointed me further is that I order from this branch regularly with Uber Eats and that is permitted but not when i would like to make an order on my own accord. I trust that my comment will be closely considered. Awaiting your keen response.
