Scrumptsilicious is the best way I can describe the Eggs Benedict I ate at Meade Cafe yesterday. It was the perfect texture, with the right amount of saltiness and taste. The eggs were perfectly cooked, with the yolk oozing out once broken, melting all over my country ham whilst deliciously mixing in with my Hollandaise sauce. The Hollandaise sauce was a perfect consistency; buttery and flavourful. All these elelments were gently perched on two halves of a soft fluffy, light English muffin. It was a cloudful of heaven, delightful and delicious! I will be sure to return for seconds!
