Went there for breakfast today! Terrible pathetic service when I asked to see the manager then I was informed it was the manager who served us!!!! Will never visit Mug & Bean Ermelo again.

Pathetic service orders all wrong manageress incompetant and owner does not care . Needs upgrade reported to head office lied that complaint was resolved. Doesnt even deserve 1 star

We ate breakfast here on our way to Clarens. Service was terrible, we had to ask for cutlery, people's dishes were given to wrong customers and eggs ordered soft were served hard. On our way back we decided to give it another try, bad decision! By the time we finished our coffee, we had still not received our Lemon Meringue...the chicken mac 'n cheese was dry with no cheese sauce, we have ordered this before at other M and B's. Definitely not up to standard.
