When you walk into the restaurant you don't feel claustrophobic as there are no walls that divide you , the kitchen or even the outside. It is open and airy and the staff are so friendly and professional. The restaurant have a neat and clean and fresh look and I absolutely loved every moment we spend there. We were greeted by Kayle who have such a beautiful smile and inviting voice. You can choose where you want to be seated. We sat at the table that look out onto Church Square and there were such a nice breeze coming from the outside. On the menu you have a selection of the meat or plant-based roast for Sunday and obviously we chose the meat based roast. Lamb cooked to perfection. Soft and juicy. Roasted root vegetables which was soft but so fresh with a sauce that complimented the carrots so well. Roasted butternut and sweet potatoes. Duck fat roast potatoes as crispy as can be. (I wish I could tuck one in for later). I wish I could make space for the dessert but I did not want to spoil the taste of the food that we already had. They have a great selection of wines to accompany your food and believe me you will not make a mistake when you visit this awesome restaurant with their great staff and perfect location in Cape Town.
