Waited 50 minutes for a burger and a pasta for my son. Staff were rude and I did not even get an apology from any member of management, in fact, after 30 minutes when I first queried about the food I was asked why I was upset...????!!!!!! Food finally arrived and was too hot to eat, my son then had to wait a further ten minutes to eat his Pasta. The food was bland, the chips of the burger completely undercooked and the blue cheese sauce on the burger inedible. (Which I suspect is what gave me a running stomach) The pasta was without salt and the meatballs completly flavourlles. The decor is dated, the plates chipped and knives relatively blunt. Also where we sat only 1 of the 5 string lights above worked. There is 1 toilet, which is unisex, which was occupied for over 10 minutes which meant that I could not wash my hands before I ate.
