Tiger’s Milk (Claremont Wow awesome service , Went for Quiz evening With a few friends and they had amazing food , great fun and all safety protocols are followed . Staff wow excellent the best service ever . Seriously a vibe and A must must go to restaurant for a awesome evening out
My friends and I had planned a lovely girls night out at this venue two weeks ago. What a disaster! A very long dreary story short...Waited 1 and a half hour to discover they had no more buns for burgers, 40mins later the story turned into their kitchen running out of burgers and simply everything on the menu. One guest at our table was left to sit and watch the table eat while she had no food to enjoy with the rest of the table. Poor management - their simple explination was that they simply did not plan to be so busy. The restaurant was not even at full capacity, and ofcourse there was rugby at Newlands so surely they had to plan their stock for a busy evening. If we were a walk-in group I would understand, but we had made a booking and drove 1hour in traffic to get there. Had to stop for Mac Donalds on the way home! Gross. The male manager did offer us our whole bill to be scrapped which was apreciated, but still it was a very bad experience as we were all so excited about chilling after a hard day of work and enjoying the good food and service we have previously heard about from this restaurant.
