Owner's description

Perched above the magnificent village of Onrus, and flanked by majestic mountains, Tipples boasts panoramic views of the flamingo filled lake and sparkling ocean. French doors lead onto the outside patio, and comfortable umbrella-covered tables are the perfect place for moms and dads to relax and soak up the views, while their children frolic in the playground. The second patio is covered on all sides to protect you from the elements and huge heaters will keep you snug and warm, as will theindoor fire-place. The state-of-the-art high definition televisions, strategically placed throughout this venue make for the perfect sports-viewing experience.

I must say, I was not very happy when I sat down in non-smoking only to find the dividing door is left open and much of the smoke drifts in from the smoking section – I almost left. However, it was worth sucking up the awful smell because my very generous garlic pizza bread starter and main course of the Tipples Medley Basket, were very good value for money, indeed! I’m not a dessert fan so chose instead to have an Irish Coffee to end with – sadly, it was not as good value! In short; good service and good food – pity about the disregard for non-smokers.
Think you need to take the Mexican Pizza off the menu - has it three times in the last six months and it's not as good as it used to be. Very mild chilli and the mince taste like burger meat.
