Really great ambiance at Today and Tomorrow. Limited menu but great options and the food was amazing.

Today, Tomorrow....but never again! Besides the fact the restaurant is really smokey, I found the staff quite offensive and rude. Interesting that they have a no straw policy due to 'environmental reasons' but the smoking area (the whole outside patio) is completely open and hence the inside is filled with stale tobacco smoke. So 'environmental consciousnesses' seems to be an expedient concept at Today, Tomorrow, Whatever! When i asked why they could choose certain aspects of environmental consciousness and not others I was told that all their clientele smoke??? The menu is very limited and the quality of food is really bad. The bruchetta I ordered for lack of anything else was burnt and dry. So Today, Tomorrow, never again!

I'm a blogger, i came to your resturant a few days back. I really loved the food but what concerned me is the lack of diversity in your staff. I noticed that only white waitress and waiters were serving that night, why is that your staff is not diverse?
