We had a great time until the owner decided to cheat us out of the Entertainer App deal by using kiddie’s meals as main course items (R40 vs R125. We had a bill of over R1750 in total. He then let his young Black Waitress, who in turn was excellent in her service; deal with our complaint while he cowardly stayed in the office until she eventually called him. He then said he gets hundreds of Entertainer clients and we can complain to the Entertainer if we are unhappy. He is the owner and he can decide what items are Main Course items although only kids under 12 can order the item. The owner is clearly out of his depth as a restaurateur and has very little people skills.
