Simply Asia appoints Executive Chef

Simply Asia has appointed Rangsan Bunwa as their new Corporate Executive Chef. Bunwa has created dishes in restaurant kitchens that span Germany, Dubai, Australia, the Maldives, Singapore and the U.K. and has already made his mark on Simply Asia’s menu with four new innovative dishes.

Additions include Prawn Spring Rolls (R32) Seafood Bites (R32) Kyew Teow Kua Gai (R49) – rice noodles stir-fried with chicken, egg, bean sprouts, cabbage & spring onion in a fusion of eastern flavours – and KaNom-Jeen Tom Kha Gai (R53) – rice spaghetti topped with chicken, cabbage, onion & mushroom cooked in coconut milk.

“My cuisine signature in creating new dishes will always be about celebrating healthy eating,” says Bunma.
