This is a win every day of the week... I cannot count how many times I've been at Balducci restaurant over the years but I can surely say I have never left disappointed. The food is always great - no matter what you order (I've made my way through the thick magazine-like menu a few times) and the service is impeccable and comes with a smile. This renovated spot at the V & A waterfront is modern but not stuckup and the wine list and cocktail menu is long enough to please everyone. The pizzas and pastas are a must (and on special everyday, shhhhh) and their steaks can beat most of the high-end steakhouses. If you want to be fancy but not break the bank then this is the perfect option for a date, catch-up with a friend or dinner with colleagues. Balducci will not disappoint.
