Yamada Sushi (Blubird)

I do not post reviews unless an establishment really earns it. Yamada Blubird just has. I made a booking four days ago, yet when we arrived there was no record of the booking. The staff was very offhand and disinterested, unenthusiastic, unresponsive, I had to get up from the table to get our waitresses attention for something. The sushi was bad, the rice was unseasoned and stale, dry and hard. All the chefs behind the counter were working with the food with no gloves on, handling and dishing food with no concern for hygiene. I ordered a lunchbox, marked on the menu as "Lunchbox - R95", no differentiation, when the bill arrived I was charged more and told it was because I ordered Salmon, I pointed out the the menu made no differentiation between various types of lunch box and they cannot just adjust the prices as they wished. I was also overcharged for the glass of wine I had ordered. Last time I will go there, and beware other sushi lovers, this is not the place to go.
