Pan-fried line fish with orange and dill hollandaise sauce

With this recipe, bring a breakfast classic – orange juice – into the meal, not just on the side! Serve with freshly chopped dill, sweet potato chips and salad. Recipe by Chef Mary Worthington.

Ingredients

60ml KNORR Professional Hollandaise Sauce
20ml orange juice
1.3ml orange zest
A pinch of dill
Grilled line fish

Method

Method:

  1. Place sauce ingredients in a pot and heat.
  2. Plate grilled line fish and top with the heated sauce.
  3. Serve with sweet potato chips and a side salad.
