Changing seasons, changing menu

Sunset on 3Thirteen, the restaurant at the Peninsula All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point, Cape Town, recently launched their new menu.

Executive Chef, Andre Hill, apparently used extensive imagination, inspirational books and magazines as well as exciting seasonal ingredients when creating the new menu.

Highlights from the new menu
Chef’s specialty: Prawn and mussel miso with pumpkin chutney rolls
Red wine poached kingklip, mint and parsnip gnocchi, wilted spinach and roast grape with cardomen sauce.
Decadent dessert:
Jack Daniels cheesecake with caramelised apple.
