Australian food doyenne Maggie Beers Maggie’s Kitchen, is filled with recipes which form the foundations of a good food life.

Recipes include savoury baked cheesecake and eggplant pickle as well as more traditional dishes like beef pie, macaroni cheese and meatloaf with tomato sugo.

Equally exciting is the likes of steak and oyster pies, radicchio risotto and Moroccan trout. And for dessert, theres baked vanilla custard with coffee jelly and chocolate Vino Cotto pavlova.
