Cocktails by candlelight for Earth Hour 2015

The Table Bay Hotel has pledged its support for Earth Hour 2015, committing to switch off all lighting in its lounge and on the terrace from 8.30pm to 9.30pm on Saturday 28 March 2015. During this time a tapas and cocktails event will be hosted by candlelight.
Guests will be treated to a selection of South-African-inspired tapas and cocktails; and Cape-Town-based solo guitarist, Rashaad Kagee, will entertain guests will a soothing repertoire of jazz and contemporary classics.
Earth Hour is an annual global awareness initiative organised by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to highlight the role of ordinary people in preserving the environment and the world’s precious resources.

Dishes will include panko-fried buffalo mozzarella with grapefruit, browned butter and smoked baby beets; and nose-to-tail of grass-fed beef with truffle, porcini and crispy anna potatoes.
