You will have noticed by now that we love avo in all its forms: on pizza, in sushi, sprinkled with seasoning and scooped out of the shell straight into our mouths…. But, thanks to the need to display our food in ever more beautiful and time-consuming ways, the #avocadorose is one of the latest presentation trends on Instagram.
