Watching a 2010 Fifa World Cup soccer match without a drink in hand isnt much fun, which is why AuthentiCape Wine Tours thought it appropriate to organise a series of Wine and Soccer Tours through the Stellenbosch Winelands.

Taking place between 23 and 29 June, as well as on 2, 3, 6 and 7 July, the itinerary includes a master tasting at Fairview, a “Big 5” wine safari at Warwick, a chocolate-and-wine pairing at Waterford, dinner at your choice of Stellenbosch restaurant, and, to end it all off, a game of soccer on the big screen of the Stellenbosch Hotel.
