Pour 350ml of boiling water into your jug with three Rooibos teabags. Add three tablespoons of honey. Let the tea bags and the honey steep for two minutes. Remove the teabags. Fill the jug a quarter of the way with ice. Add the five mint leaves; four shots (100ml) of vodka; and 3 slices of lemon. Add two bottles of Brutal Fruit Apple-Ginger and stir. Garnish with mint and lemon.
