Hennessy Glitter and Gold

This Hennessy cocktail is made with Hennessy VSOP Privilège and flavours of clove.

Ingredients

50ml Hennessy VSOP Privilège

1/4 Clove honey syrup

1/4 Lemon juice

1 dash Ginger bitters

Garnish: Pine needle holding gold leaf

Glass: Coupe

Honey Clove Syrup

Method

Honey Clove Syrup: In a pot over a high heat, add 1 cup honey, 1 cup water and 10 cloves. Once boiled, remove from heat and cool. Strain off cloves and keep refrigerated.

Cocktail: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a green pine needle holding gold leaf.
