Winner of Amarula’s recent Retro & Renew competition, this decadent cocktail is blogger Clare Mack’s take on a white Russian.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Add a layer of pomegranate seeds to the bottom of a highball glass. Fill three-quarters with ice. Combine the pomegranate juice and Bols Crème De Cacao White and pour into the glass. Mix the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker, blender or closed container with ice and strain into the highball glass. Add another layer of pomegranate seeds on top. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
