Strawberry, feta and melon salad cup

A refreshing, portable salad. This recipe is perfect for picnics or a light dinner on those hot summer nights.

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes


2 ripe melons, halved, seeds scooped out
240 g freshly sliced strawberries
100 g thinly sliced feta
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper


If you are packing a picnic, prepare the salad ingredients, put them in a container lined with wet paper towels and assemble when you get there. TIP: Remember to chill the melons overnight so they arrive as cold as possible.
