J’Something’s tropical mango pineapple smoothie

This pina colada-inspired smoothie is an excellent alternative to the alcoholic version.

Serves: 1

mango

pineapple

Smeg

Ingredients

2 mango cheeks

2 pineapple slices

1⁄2 cup reduced-fat coconut milk

1⁄2 T chia seeds

4 T pineapple juice

8 ice cubes

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
