J’Something’s banana, almond milk and peanut butter smoothie

This inspired smoothie recipe is the creation of musician and foodie, J’Something. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 heaped T peanut butter
3⁄4 cup almond milk
1 small banana
2 T plain low- fat yoghurt
2 T oats
Ground cinnamon

Method

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and finish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
