I arranged a function here and was in contact with the managers about the plans for months in advance. We arrived on time to find that the seating area allocated to us was inadequate for our party. No welcome drinks were ready despite the fact that we had planned the menu (and paid for it!) in advance. In fact, the manager and staff did not seem to be aware that our party was arriving or what we had ordered. Guests were left waiting for the drinks to arrive. The food was delivered on time, but after that the staff paid little attention to our party. The food was average and overpriced.

I had arranged to pay the bill beforehand and had done so. Of course, the staff on duty also seemed to be unaware of this.

Really terrible service, average food, and even after emailing to express my disappointment have had no word from them.

Don't bother!
