Consistency is certainly the key for The Indian Chapter!As a regular patron I know that I am always guaranteed a quality meal. Prim Reddy had it reddy -made to start! A known name and celebrity drew people to this once empty restaurant when it was Passage to India! However her personality is not something that she has ridden on. She has the finest flavours that are so fragrant and so well put together and she is a hands on owner - that is always a key to success.I have seen her restaurant grow so much so that one has to now reserve a table.Her prices are excellent and her waitrons offer a good service. Its a real favourite for me and my spouse especially that Indian food is one of our real favourites. The ambience and decor gives one the feeling of stepping into India. The flavours of the various dishes that we have experienced allows one to taste India. Portions are reasonable and parking is available so all in all, we are always REDDY and willing to go back. Prim has blended all the ingedients required to make a successful restaurant and one that is tasteful. Her warm effervescent personally is the cherry on the top. Highly recommended. Never disappoints
