The wine industry and many other stakeholders in the liquor business were brought to their knees by not one but two bans on the sale and distribution of alcohol. It wasn’t long before people started making their own pineapple beer or simply discovered that they actually quite like de-alcoholised drinks. But for many who do like their vino, the 2020 vintage will be unforgettable.
