They cater for drunk patrons - beer is their thing. Kitchen staff needs training and owner needs to consider customer service - fur the sober.

Worst experience ever. Shockingly bad food which took two hours to arrive. One waiter on a busy Sunday afternoon. No steak, no gas, no working card machine. Chips, veggies and cucumber raita may well have been made two hours before service. Gardens unkempt. Judging by other reviews - great place to get drunk - so low expectations of the food. Owner banks on drunk patrons. Popped over to Culinary Table’s Deli to buy something to cheer me up. Banana bread did the trick. Such a disappointing Sunday.

This is a pub menu. The burgers are great. The Hellfire burger is yummy. Please note it has jalapeños which I love. The service was ok & the atmosphere is great especially if you are a crowd of people. I would definitely recommend Copperlake AND an added bonus it’s close to my home & has ample parking. Thumbs up from me. ??

Bad service, bad food, bad management. Truly, I could not eat the food, BAD, BAD, BAD. As a former restaurant manager, I would hide my face if this was my establishment. The menu has been reduced to starters and burgers with a list of 'sides' that you can't order because there is nothing to order them with!!!! Will not recommend to ANYONE and will never go back. Just.Plain.Awful.
