Fine Pastries is a bakery situated in Bosman Crossing in Stellenbosch. Their doors have been open since 1993, with Fine Pastries just being a Bakery. Since 2014 they have added their Eatery as well and under the guiding hands of veteran chef Ralf van Pletsen they have created a wonderful atmosphere as well as amazing dishes that complement Stellenbosch living, healthy and nutritious eating. Farm to table fresh food. Their products are sourced from no more than 60km around their bakery and they have taken hands with several local Farm to get the best products to offer their clients. Their Bakery is headed by Claudine Arentse, how has been with them since 2006 and has a firm grip on her fellow bakers and team.
They only use stone ground locally sources flour and our Ciabatta Culture is 25 year old, this year and give a amazing taste our different breads.
