This was an out-of-this-world food experience for us. The seared salmon trout on wasabi leek was delicious, fillet steak was melt in the mouth, and the desserts dreamy. Sandra gave us a little taster of her Madeiran tomato soup too, which was so flavourful and not at all acidic.
