Owner's description

Located in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, Hartenberg Wine Estate serves wholesome, picnic-style meals. Prepared on site, the daily luncheon includes everything from a selection of country cheeses and cold meats to homemade country terrine, roasted vegetables, crudites and country pickles. Guests can also, of course, expect a bottle of Hartenberg wine with each picnic basket.

    Our wine club did a tasting and a picnic at Hartenberg yesterday, and we are giving Sonet full marks for professionalism and passion. We had so much fun with the tasting and the picnic, and can recommend it to anyone who wants to just take a day out of the city and relax. Well done Hartenberg team!
